When will my order ship? And how long will my order take to arrive?
Please allow 3-4 weeks of production and handling, and an extra week of fulfillment once pre-order ends for your order to ship. Once your order is shipped, you’ll receive a shipping email to track your order.
My order says delivered, but I don’t have it.
First, check the shipping address that you provided is correct.
Second, check with your neighbors to make sure it wasn’t a mistake by your local carrier. Also, give it a day or two sometimes packages are marked delivered before they actually are.
If you still don’t have it, contact our Instagram support (@abkdsupport) or shoot us an email. While we are not held liable for lost or stolen package once they leave our fulfillment center. We will do our best to tracking it down.
What is your return policy?
Domestic returns are accepted as long as the item is only tried on and still have the original packaging. If the item is flawed or doesn’t fit you well, feel free to contact our support team and they will take care of you. Items must be returned within 14 days upon arrival. We offer full refund, partial refund, or store credit depending on the situation. Exchanges can also be made if we have the item in stock. Full returns are charged an $8 shipping fee.
